Designed to house the corporate offices for a major automobile dealer, this 13,500 square foot single-story brick building has a large covered executive parking area. The exterior features cast stone accents at the windows and gables. Combined with the slate roof, the facade presents a handsome appearance to the street and community.

The facility includes offices for executives, managers, advertising department, and a generous reception area. Hi-tech capabilities have been included in the design to accommodate a central data control system for all their different dealerships. Also accommodated are a large training room and a sound proof television recording studio. The functional spaces are located around a central courtyard, which allows for additional natural light in the offices.
